Welcome to Bunk Arts

In the Renaissance, aspiring artists became apprentices to the painters of the court, sometimes spending lifetimes attempting to imitate the techniques of the masters. Following that pattern, Bunk Arts offers a strict conservatory of mimicry, giving students of moderate artistic ability and a strong desire to express themselves in graphic design, acting, music, or dance, the skills necessary to mechanically reproduce logos, to sing familiar jingles, and to re-enact the jerky movements of animated franchise characters at local theme parks (see Johnny Weisel in "Goober and the Ghostchasers" at Six Flags-Great Urbanity in Urbana).

We also offer an entire training program devoted to the practical "lifeskills" a struggling artist will need out in the harsh and largely asymmetrical world.
